Madlib - Shades Of Blue: Madlib Invades Blue Note


En el año 2003 Blue Note volvió a acertar de lleno cediendo su fonoteca de vinilos al productor californiano Otis Jackson Jr. Como ocurrió en su momento con St. Germain y su "Tourist" el resultado fue una obra coral, un trabajo de deconstrucción/sampleado jazzístico formidable, que dice mucho del olfato de Blue Note para explorar nuevas vías de un estilo que perdió su pureza hace mucho tiempo.
